Challenge: A progressive hedge fund, innovating in trading technology, sought to improve collaboration and alignment among its tech and data team leaders.
Solution: We initiated a structured coaching program with team coaching sessions and one-on-one executive coaching for the team lead. After aligning team members around shared goals and the value of coaching, we conducted four intensive sessions over six months. The team established clear behavioral standards, communication strategies, and a feedback culture that improved both workflow and team cohesion.
