Enhancing Team Cohesion in Hedge Fund Technology Leadership

Challenge: A progressive hedge fund, innovating in trading technology, sought to improve collaboration and alignment among its tech and data team leaders.

Solution: We initiated a structured coaching program with team coaching sessions and one-on-one executive coaching for the team lead. After aligning team members around shared goals and the value of coaching, we conducted four intensive sessions over six months.
